Welcome to our blog, Yoga for Cancer Care. This blog will explore the practice of yoga and its application for people living with cancer. Learning yoga will help you to be informed about this practice and how it can be used to help your patients.

More and more scientific evidence supports the benefits of yoga for people living with cancer. Patients may come to you and other healthcare practitioners asking about yoga, its safety and efficacy, and if practicing yoga is right for them. Our blog will guide you to obtain the knowledge and skills you need to direct your patients in their yoga journey.

Yoga for Cancer Care contains both written text and short 2-3 minute videos that discuss and demonstrate aspects of yoga practice. Let’s begin our journey into yoga practice. Namaste.
