In her fellowship program, Shereck tries to expose her trainees to all of the jobs available to them and wants them to know exactly what attending physicians do with their time.
Residents and fellows may not know how attending physicians spend their time when not treating patients. She wants her trainees to exactly what goes into each discipline, so they are prepared to choose the ideal career path.
