Antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) were a major focus of an OncLive® State of the Science Summit™ on breast cancer held April 18, 2026, in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and chaired by Ursa Brown-Glaberman, MD, of CHRISTUS St. Vincent Regional Cancer Center, where faculty discussed CDK4/6 inhibitor–based therapy in hormone receptor (HR)–positive breast cancer, sequencing after frontline CDK4/6 inhibition, ADCs in HR-positive advanced or metastatic disease, and top insights in triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) and HER2-positive disease.
