One of the challenges that NCODA faces is the growing membership rate, which puts tremendous amount of pressure on the agency, says Orzechowski. The group has grown from its core of pharmacists to include nurses, pharmacy technicians, advanced practitioners, and financial and operational people. They are migrating to NCODA because of the products and services NCODA has developed, Orzechowski adds. One of these products is positive quality intervention sheets, which are of importance to clinicians, says Orzechowski.
