Pemigatinib for unresectable advanced or metastatic cholangiocarcinoma with FGFR2 rearrangement: results from the confirmatory Phase 3 FIGHT-302 trial

This presentation details results from the global Phase 3 FIGHT-302 trial, which evaluated pemigatinib compared to standard chemotherapy for patients with advanced or metastatic cholangiocarcinoma containing specific genetic rearrangements.

This presentation details results from the global Phase 3 FIGHT-302 trial, which evaluated pemigatinib compared to standard chemotherapy for patients with advanced or metastatic cholangiocarcinoma containing specific genetic rearrangements. The study demonstrated that pemigatinib improves progression-free survival, overall response rate, and disease control in the first-line setting with a safety profile consistent with prior data. Ultimately, the findings support considering this targeted therapy as an early treatment option or as a confirmed sequential therapy following disease progression.
