SOHO-01: Updated safety and efficacy of sevabertinib in patients with advanced HER2-mutant non-small cell lung cancer

Sevabertinib demonstrated durable antitumor activity in patients with advanced HER2-mutant non-small cell lung cancer across both previously treated and treatment-naïve settings. Responses were observed consistently across key molecular subgroups, with treatment-naïve patients showing particularly favorable outcomes. The safety profile remained manageable and consistent with the tyrosine kinase inhibitor class, supporting the continued development of sevabertinib in earlier lines of therapy.
