First-line osimertinib plus gefitinib produced an 82.1% response rate and blocked second-site EGFR resistance mutations, but missed feasibility criteria.
Bexobrutideg produced responses across lines of therapy in chronic lymphocytic leukemia/small lymphocytic lymphoma.
The phase 3 ECHO trial confirmed a durable progression-free survival benefit with frontline acalabrutinib-based therapy in mantle cell lymphoma.
