The National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN), the American Urological Association (AUA), the European Association of Urology (EAU), and the NICE Guidance Statements are just 4 of the guidelines for the treatment and management of bladder cancer, explains Konety. These guidelines have been recently updated to include new clinical data.

These guidelines continue to be challenged and updated based on what is practical in the field, states Konety.
