At the time of diagnosis, the Follicular Lymphoma International Prognostic Index (FLIPI) and FLIPI2 scores can assist physicians in predicting response to therapy. In addition, epigenetic markers can be combined with clinical factors to predict whether patients will have worse or better outcomes; this is called the M7FLIPI.
