At a median follow-up of 31 months, the objective response rate was 50% and the complete response rate was 27%, with a stable disease rate of approximately 20%, suggesting that a considerable proportion of patients derived some clinical benefit. The median duration of response had still not been reached, with the upper range extending to 59 months, underscoring the durability observed with this therapy.
